What is project implementation?
Many enterprises create their business processes based on industry best practices or utilize standardized processes, yet uniqueness exists in every company. This could be a small localization of best practices or a unique combination of standard processes, or even a completely unique approach to organizational management, tailored to the specific country, market niche, or competitive environment. It is precisely this uniqueness and individuality that enable enterprises to survive in a changing world, and comprehensive automation enables them to become much more efficient and adaptable to external conditions.
Single database and accounting subsystems
Most BAS software products have the characteristic of universality, meaning the system can be applied to enterprises of different profiles, industry specifics, and scales, provided that the necessary configuration or programming (customization) is performed to accommodate the unique business processes of the enterprise. This is one of the main advantages of BAS systems.
Project implementation is the process of adapting a software product to the target business processes of the enterprise. Since each enterprise is unique in its own way, the implementation of an ERP system is always a project with defined goals, timelines, and expected outcomes.
During implementation, business processes are evaluated, and recommendations for their optimization are developed. Configuration and/or customization of the underlying software are performed, user training is conducted, migration from disparate and outdated systems takes place, and the system is launched into operation. Intensive methodological and technical support is provided in the initial months after the launch of the new ERP system into operation.

As a result, the system is easier to maintain, modify, and further adapt, and our code is a ‘disposable’ asset that can be understood by another qualified programmer.
