Uklon is the first Ukrainian product IT company with the widest geographical coverage of ride-hailing services in Ukraine.

The service operates in 27 cities across Ukraine. In spring 2021, the Uklon app had over 7.5 million downloads and more than 2 million orders per month.

Currently, Uklon is an ecosystem of internal IT products: two applications (for passengers and drivers), proprietary mapping, CRM, anti-fraud systems, and more.

With this letter, we confirm that the Implementation Center CONTO provided services to “UKLON UKRAINE” in automating business processes based on the BAS ERP solution. The specialists of the Implementation Center performed the following tasks:

  • Completed the basic settings of the BAS ERP product.
  • Implemented integration between BAS ERP and the previous accounting system, “Management of Trading Enterprises.”
  • Conducted user training and launched work with the subsystems of BAS ERP.
    • Management of Regulatory and Reference Information;
    • Procurement Management;
    • Sales Management;
    • Inventory Operations Accounting;
    • Accounting for Low-value Rapidly Consumable Items;
    • Intangible Assets Accounting;
    • Fixed Assets Accounting;
    • Treasury Management;
    • Cost Accounting and Financial Performance Analysis;
    • Regulatory Accounting;
    • Tax Accounting;
    • Personnel Management and Payroll Calculation.

Full abandonment of the previous Management of Trade Enterprises accounting system is planned from January 1, 2022.

The BAS ERP system was deployed on 20 workstations and provided a unified information space for accounting and resource management at the enterprise. This allowed us to abandon disparate systems and use a single accounting policy, rules, and standards, improve the quality of financial information, which fully meets the dynamic growth of the company and modern requirements for management systems.
