Simply

• We use the German software TeamViewer, specially configured for CONTO technical support.
• The program does not require additional installation, configuration, or granting of additional rights. Just download TeamViewer from a trusted site and use it!
• The program is easy to use – only the necessary functions, nothing extra and complex.

Secure

• The initiator of the remote connection is only you. Therefore, until you initiate the connection, the specialist physically cannot control your computer. During the connection, the specialist remotely operates your computer’s keyboard and mouse, while you can simply observe their actions (cursor movement, opening of program windows, typing text, etc.). If necessary, you can interrupt the specialist’s work at any time, either to clarify the task (for example, by pointing the cursor to a specific location on the screen) or to completely close access to your computer.
• During remote work, there is no transfer of data from databases or other commercial information to the specialist’s computer without your permission. Only the screen image of your computer is transmitted to them. If data transfer is necessary for the specialist, a support agreement provides you with legal guarantees of non-disclosure of commercial information.
• All actions of the consultant are logged – all actions and the time of operations are recorded in a text file and are not accessible for editing by the consultant to avoid misunderstandings.
• The security of your data during remote access is ensured by a reliable encryption mechanism (based on the exchange of RSA private/public keys and AES (256-bit) session encryption). The technology of external data protection is considered absolutely secure among current standards, generating a session password that changes with each software launch. Certain security-affecting features, such as file transfer, require your additional confirmation. The possibility of unnoticed control of your computer is excluded.
